SAVE YOUR EYES

            Pity the unfortunate blind man

            Who lost his precious possession

            The bright world is dark to him

            For he is devoid of vision.

            You are lucky indeed to have eyes

            Beautiful scenes, you can see

            The colors of the rainbow, you can

                   marvel at

            Fairy tales, you can read daily.

            But take care of you eyes

            Do not overwork them,

            If they are already tired

            Give enough rest to them.

            Do not read with a dim light,

            Let a good light come from your side,

            In that way you can save your sight

            Which is your lifetime guide.

            Thank God for this gift of sight

            We can see the beauty of everything

            Without sight life will be dull

            For eyes can make it worth living
