As last it is December
It’s Christmas time again
I feet it is in the chilly air,
I hear it from the falling rain,
I smell it on the fragrant leaves,
Of pins trees have and there.
I hear it from the happy lip,
Of people everywhere.
It’s Christmas time again.
It’s the season of joy once more.
Let’s sing the old refrain.
That angels sang before,
“Praise ye the Lord for his coming
Hail to Him the new born King”.
